The Expanding Tube Smoker produces smoke for up to 2 hours in the 17.8 cm. position and 4 hours in the 30.5 cm. position. It’s ideal for cold smoking meat, fish, cheese, nuts, and more. You can also use it to supplement smoke at 107°C and up, in your grill or smoker.
